1. Please don’t ask your relatives and friends to keep filming your wedding.

Some of your family members and friends might want to capture moments from your wedding. However, this can actually interfere with our videographers and photographers. We constantly change angles, switch between wide and close-up shots, and move around to capture the best moments. But when friends keep filming, their cameras often appear in our frames, making it difficult for us to work efficiently.

It’s perfectly fine for them to take a few quick shots, but continuous filming in between our photographers can be disruptive. Please make sure to inform your friends and family in advance:

"Feel free to take some pictures or videos at my wedding, but please avoid filming continuously so as not to interfere with the professional photographers and videographers."

2. Style your hair in a way that allows photography from all angles.

Some brides choose a hairstyle that covers one side of their face. While this may look beautiful, it can limit the angles we can shoot from, reducing the variety of compositions in your wedding photos.

When getting your hair styled, please ask your stylist to ensure that your look is flattering from all angles so we can capture the best possible shots from every perspective.

3. Avoid yellow-toned makeup colors.

In many Nepali wedding hall, the lighting and wall colors are often yellow or blue. Additionally, decorative lighting installed by event companies sometimes includes a mix of red, blue, and yellow lights.

As a result, if the bride's makeup base has a yellow tone, her face may appear even more yellow in photos. Ideally, wedding halls lighting and wall colors would be neutral or white, but since that’s not always the case, we recommend using a beige-toned makeup base as much as possible.

Avoid makeup colors that enhance a yellowish tone to ensure the best photographic results.

4. Make sure your makeup is done on time.

If your makeup runs late, there may be very little or even no time left for your solo bridal photos. In some cases, we might also have to skip family photos.

We truly want to capture every special moment, so please remind your makeup artist: "Please make sure my makeup is finished on time."

5. Ensure stage-facing lighting is installed through the decoration company.
